Donna has been offering Beauty, Holistic and Massage therapies since 2005. ‘I am dedicated to enhancing my client’s appearance and well-being and to ensuring that you have a relaxing, professional and indulgent experience. I attend Professional training courses each year which means using the most up to date techniques and products. Health and Wellbeing knowledge is moving at a rapid pace, and I don’t want to miss any of it’.

Donna is an Independent Consultant for The Body Shop at Home.

The Retreat

Rob was practicing as a Veterinarian up until the end of 2009 when he had to retire due to health problems. Commencing his yogic journey in 2004 Rob has had a deep interest in the philosophy and practice of yoga.

His passion for yoga lead him to have a connection with the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Llanwdra, the teachings and courses that he received from the Ashram lead him to undertake the Mandala Yoga Teacher Training Course, facilitated by the British Wheel of Yoga.

‘Because yoga has been of a great benefit in my personal life, I wish to share experiences and help others through the process of reducing stress, anxiety and tension in your daily life, while also improving your physical health by way of toning body muscle and balancing energies’.

Rob offers regular group yoga classes throughout the week, along with private sessions for 1 to 6 people.

Rob also offers yoga at Orbis Education and Care centre, Womaston.
