About the Body Shop
The Body Shop was created in 1976 in England by Dame Anita Roddick, based on her revolutionary belief that business could be a force for good.
In 1994, Anita created a fun and flexible earning opportunity for women and The Body Shop at Home™ began.
The brand had been sold to L'Oreal in 2006. In 2017 Brazilian cosmetics company Natura a subsidiary of the Natura & Co group purchased The Body Shop.

Animal welfare has always been extremely important to us. We’ve been campaigning against animal testing in cosmetics for over 30 years, and were the first global cosmetics company to fight this cruelty. Together with our friends at Cruelty Free International, we helped contribute to a European Union ban on animal testing in cosmetics, and in 2018 our Forever Against Animal Testing petition collected 8 million signatures – which we presented to the United Nations to lobby for a worldwide ban. We take cruelty to animals seriously, and this includes the ingredients we put in our products.

Payment options for Body Shop products
Payment can be made via secure online secure payment link or bank transfer, with products being posted second class royal mail or ‘click and collect’ from The Retreat at the Well Being Centre, Brecon.
All orders must be paid for at time of ordering.
